Description of Flotation Machine

This type of flotation machine is formed by U through solid, hollow shaft inflation, suspension rotor and new type impeller. The cone impeller lean backwards, the blending quantity is big and the pressure head is small, the advantages are: simple structure and low energy consumption. Inside the impeller, there is air distributor, which distributes air into most parts of impeller evenly.

 

Structure of Flotation Machine

The flotation machine is the latest design to use the circular tank concept and combines the benefits of circular cells with the unique features of the Minerals mechanism to create the ideal conditions to maximize floatation performance for all roughing, cleaning and scavenging duties.

 

Working Principle of Flotation Machine

Flotation machine driven by motor revolves the impeller, making centrifugation and negative pressure. In this condition enough air will mix with the slurry and at the same time, the slurry and chemical will mix very well to make the mineral adhesion to the bubble. The height of flashboard can be adjusted to scrape useful bubble.

 

Features of Flotation Machine

1. Large inhaling capacity and low energy consumption; 2. Complete flotation circuit with inhaling air and pulp, no auxiliaries are needed; 3. Process is easy to be changed; 4. Reasonable circulation of pulp decreases coarse sand sedimentation; 5. Automatic controlling device makes adjustment more convenient.
