Description of Hammer Crusher

The hammer crusher also named hammer mill, it crushes by the collisions between high-speed hammer and materials, has features of simple structure, high reduction ration, high efficiency, etc. The PC was developed for both dry and wet crushing of brittle, medium-hard materials for the mining, cement, coal, metallurgic, construction material, road building, and petroleum & chemical industries.

 

The Inner Structure of Hammer Crusher

Hammer crusher is composed of machine box, rotor, hammer, impacting lining board and screen board. According to the requirement of the customers, this equipment can adjust the gap between the grating bars to change the discharging granularity.

 

Working Principle of Hammer Crusher

This equipment adopts two motors, which take two rollers to rotate reversely by the decelerator. When the materials drop on the rollers through the charge hole, under the friction of the rollers, they are dragged between the two rollers, grinded by the roller's crushing, the grinded materials are pushed rotatorily by the rollers.

 

Features of Hammer Crusher

1. The structure is simple and compact, the noise is low, the efficiency is high.

2. The installation is flexible, basically needs no foundation.

3. The rollers' surface adopts anti-abrasive welding rod or exchangeable dental plate, the maintenance is simple.

4. Self-preservation ability is strong; the high-hardness materials (such as all sorts of metal block) won't break the equipment's parts when they enter the shredding breach.

5. The discharge gram size is adjustable; the minimum can reach 2-10 mm.
