Description of Fine Crusher

The series single-stage fine crusher is developed based on the single-stage (counter-attack) hammer crusher to crush raw materials for industry such as limestone, gypsum, raw coal and so on and further to simplify the work flow of smashing. The product granularity is small (80% <5mm) in comparison with the ordinary single stage hammer crusher. The equipment investment is lower about 35~50% than that of the same scale traditional process. The charge of long-term movement is lower about 30% than that of the same scale traditional process equipment system. It has widely applied in cement, sand and stone material, electric power professions and so on.

Working Principle of Fine Crusher

Fine crusher, a type of Impact Crusher is mainly used in secondary crushing. It can crush various rocks, high efficiency, easy maintenance, and cubic shape of the products. Impact crusher is widely used in mining, highway, and construction. Impact crusher 's electric motor drive the rotor to high speed, when the material was fed to the crushing chamber from feed inlet, the material will be struck by the plate hammer on the rotor, then will be thrown to the impact plates, after struck repeatedly, the final products will be discharged from the crusher.
