Description of Mixer
This machine rotaries by the V-belt drives the impeller, make medicine and mash mix even engough, increase the medicine effect time, strength the medicine effect quantity, necessity set. It fits concentrating, and every chemical industry mixing.
Working Principles of Mixer
Mixing Bucket consists of ore pipe, distributing valve, main axle, bucket, blade, overflow gate, etc. When it is working, ore pulp is circulating with the fore creating by the rotating blades. In this way, ore pulp is mixed evenly. The mixed suspending liquid is poured out from the overflow gate.
Applications of Mixer
Mixing Bucket is used for mixing all kinds of metal ores and nonmetallic materials before flotation process, in order to make the pulp and medicament intensively and create the condition for beneficiation. It is able to agitate pulp and medicament evenly, increasing reaction time, strengthening reacting quality.
