Description of Roller Screen

Roller screen consists of octagon rollers，frame,funnel,reducer and motor,it's traditional screen equipment. After the crushed stone enter the rollers,it will be separated by the centrifugal force and jigging.

It will be separated through different size network. Different size stone removed after funnel into the belt,then finished materials is sent to the field. Its structure is simple and reliable, operation smooth, sealed well, and no pollution, little noise,easy to change network, fine grading, high separating ratio, high yield, sorting accuracy, low failure rate, easy maintenance, particularly applicable to separate in field grade.

Working Principle of Roller Screen

Trommel Vibrating Screen Equipment is consist of five parts as drum, frame, hopper, reducer and motor. Size separation is achieved as the feed material spirals down the rotating drum, where the undersized material smaller than the screen apertures passes through the screen, while the oversized material exits at the other end of the drum

Application of Roller Screen

Roller Screen machine is adaptable to low moisture material of hardness such as shale, coal gangue, etc. With reasonable design, this trommel has large production capacity. Sieve holes should be enlarged for those materials of high moisture.
